Ingredients

lbs
cajun sausage links
1
large onion
, chopped
3
stalks celery
, chopped
5
cloves
garlic
, chopped
1
can diced tomatoes
1/4
head of cabbage
, chopped
3/4
c
white rice
1 1/4
c
chicken broth
Instructions
Slice and cook any Cajun sausage. Set aside.
Sauté onions, celery, and garlic.
Add 1 can diced tomatoes.
If you have cabbage, add 1/4 head of cabbage, chopped.
Add 3/4 cup white rice. Stir.
Add 1 1/4 cup chicken broth.
Stir and simmer until the rice is cooked.
