3cupsgluten-free flour(We used Bob's Red Mill GF Baking Flour)
4tablespoonssugar
2tablespoonsbaking powder
3/4teaspoonsalt
1 3/4cupmilk(we used 2%)
1/2cupcanola oil
2eggs, slightly beaten
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add milk, oil, and eggs. Whisk to combine. Batter will be thick.
Preheat your waffle maker. Spray with a non stick cooking spray.
Use about 1/2 cup of waffle batter for each Belgian waffle. My 4-waffle tray used 2 cups total. Close lid and watch for the steam to stop or use your machine's indicator light.
Serve with your favorite toppings! My kids love maple syrup, whipped cream, and homemade strawberry sauce. Enjoy!
