Ingredients
For the dressing:

For the salad

filet of salmon

A few radishes

Instructions
Whisk together the ingredients for the dressing. Set aside.
Prepare your salmon. Let cool.
Prepare your croutons.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Toss with dressing.
You can let this salad sit for about 15 to 30 minutes before serving.
