Ingredients

cooked sweet potato
(about 1 to 2 sweet potatoes)

c
coconut or almond milk
1
c
orange juice
1
banana
1
medjool date
(or 1 T honey)
Dash of cinnamon
Handful ice cubes
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in your blender.
Blend until smooth. Add additional milk if it's too thick!
