You can make decadent saucepan brownies in one pan and it takes just a few minutes to prepare!

Ingredients
1 1/2csugar
1cbutter
1teaspoonvanilla
3eggs
1cflour(I used cup4cup gluten-free flour)
1cunsweetened cocoa powder
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1cmini chocolate chips or your favorite chocolate chunks
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x9 or 8x8 pan.
In a medium sized saucepan, combine the sugar and the butter over medium to medium low heat. Stir with a wooden spoon or heat resistant spatula while the butter melts.
Once the sugar and butter are combined, add the vanilla. Stir. Set aside to cool for a couple of minutes. (I usually preheat the oven and grease the 9x9 brownie pan at this point.)
Add 3 eggs. Stir well to combine.
Add 1 cup flour, 1 cup cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Stir well.
Add the chocolate chips or chocolate chunks and spread in a greased 9x9 pan.
