Ingredients
Large bunch of kale
(thick stems removed) (Spinach is good, too!)

large ice cubes

cup
apple cider
1/2
cup
coconut milk
1/4
cup
(or more) plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

or 3 medjool dates

inch
slice of pineapple
, chopped (or a handful of frozen pineapple chunks)

banana
1
tablespoon
honey
Splash or two of water
, if needed
Instructions
Combine everything in your blender (preferably a Ninja or a Vitamix).
Turn to the highest power first to get the ice cubes and kale chopped up.
Reduce power to medium or low to continue blending for a few more seconds. Enjoy!
