Whisk together the soy sauce (or gluten-free tamari sauce) with the sesame oil, honey and water.
Layer the chicken wings in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Pour the soy and honey sauce evenly over the chicken wings and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Cook on high for four hours.
Two to three times during cooking (no more than that!) - gently ladle some of the sauce from the bottom of the slow cooker over the top of the chicken wings to redistribute the glaze and give the wings a nice coating.
