1/2cwhite sugar
1/2cbrown sugar
1large egg
1 1/2ccup4cup gf flour
3TInstant Vanilla pudding mix
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2csemi sweet chocolate chips
1cupValentine’s m&m’s
Instructions
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Cream butter and sugar together for about 2 minutes. Add egg. Mix. Add flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt. Stir to combine. Add chocolate chips and m&ms.
Using a cookie scoop, drop 12 even scoops of dough on a silpat or parchment paper. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Don’t overcook. Let cool for 8-10 minutes on the cookie sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
