Ingredients

sugar

egg
1/2

butter
, softened

to 4 very ripe bananas

teaspoon
vanilla

teaspoon
baking soda

teaspoon
baking powder
1/2
teaspoon
salt

gluten-free flour
(I used Cup4Cup)

to 3 apples
, peeled and chopped
1/2
cup
walnuts
, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Cream sugar, egg, and butter in a stand mixer.
Add ripe bananas and vanilla. Mix well.
Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
Gently fold in chopped apples.
Pour into a greased bread load pan. Smooth the top with your spatula.
Bake for an hour at 350 degrees. Test with a cake tester or a knife to make sure that the bread is cooked all the way through the middle.
