Chocolate Chocolate Chip Waffles (Gluten-free!)

Ingredients

. flour
(gluten-free - we used cup4cup)

T
baking powder
1/4

salt
1/2
c
cocoa powder
(we used Ghirardelli's)
1/2
c
sugar
3
eggs
1 1/2
c
milk
1
t
vanilla extract
1/3
c
butter
, melted (or olive oil)

c
mini chocolate chips
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients including cocoa powder and sugar.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract and melted butter.
Add egg and milk mixture to dry ingredients. Stir to combine.
Add mini chocolate chips. Stir.
Spray waffle iron with cooking spray.
Ladle batter into waffle maker. Cook until steam stops coming from the sides and waffles are easily removed.
