Ingredients

gluten-free Bisquick flour
1 1/3
c
milk

oil

egg

small to medium sweet potato
, cooked and mashed
Instructions
Combine flour, milk, oil, and egg in a mixing bowl. Mix together.
Add mashed sweet potato. Mix again.
Thin with additional milk if batter is too thick to use in your waffle maker.
Cook! Serve with syrup and butter or apple butter! Enjoy.
