Ingredients
- 12 jalapenos cut in half, seeds removed
- 1/2 c cream cheese softened
- 1/2 c cheddar cheese shredded
- 12 slices of bacon cut in half
Instructions

Slice 12 jalapenos in half and remove the seeds.

Arrange on a foil lined pan.

Mix together cream cheese and shredded cheese.

Stuff jalapenos with cheese using a spoon.

Wrap each jalapeno in 1/2 a slice of bacon - or one full slice if you prefer.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Finish under the broiler for about 5 minutes to make them a little crispier.
