It is definitely smoothie season! I found a few frozen peaches in the freezer well protected since last year’s peach season, added some diced pineapple, yogurt and juice, and voila! A delicious after-school smoothie treat.
Ingredients:
About 1 cup of frozen sliced peaches and chunks of pineapple
1 cup yogurt, plain or vanilla
3/4 cup of pineapple juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon local honey
Combine all the ingredients in your blender. Blend. Enjoy!!!
