Massaged Greens Salad (A Guest Post!)

Some people write food blogs as a retreat from their day to day jobs. I am lucky enough to have food AS my job. The word FOOD is actually in the title of my workplace – The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Food Policy Council. A shameless plug – like them on Facebook!

There is always something fun and food related going on at work and one of our recent projects involved organizing food tastings at local elementary schools around the city. On Thursday, I wrote a blog post for one of our partners here in Charlotte, the Green Teacher Network, about our fun food tastings. And, of course, I included a recipe – kid friendly. So kid-friendly, in fact, that the kids can actually make the Massaged Greens Salad by themselves.

Click on over to our friends at Green Teacher Network Charlotte to read more about our tasting project and get the Massaged Greens Salad recipe! Enjoy!
