So… I saw a small box of marshmallows at Williams-Sonoma for $20!! 😱What on earth! Make your own marshmallows, friends! And pair them with a DIY hot cocoa mix for the perfect edible Christmas gift.
A few years ago, my girls and I took a fun cooking class at Sur La Table and one of the holiday treats we made was this DIY hot cocoa mix. Once you make a batch of this, you will never go back to the regular stuff. This DIY hot cocoa mix is rich and creamy and takes only a few ingredients and a food processor to mix up.
We love it so much that we make it for gifts at Christmas. It’s always a hit.
