It might not feel like fall, but you can really have oatmeal any time of year. This oatmeal was so easy. Totally hands-off. I like to top my oatmeal with crunchy things like nuts and coconut. For this batch, I had some pecans in local honey. Delish.
Leftovers store really well in your fridge and you can heat up individual servings in your microwave.

- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Dash of salt
- 2 cups water
