It might not feel like fall, but you can really have oatmeal any time of year. This oatmeal was so easy. Totally hands-off. I like to top my oatmeal with crunchy things like nuts and coconut. For this batch, I had some pecans in local honey. Delish.

  • 1 cup traditional oats
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Combine everything in your rice cooker. Turn setting to porridge. That’s it. Remove from heat when done. Top with delicious things. Enjoy!
